Troubleshooting
	First, check the accuracy of the IP information within the TZO Client software. To accomplish this you can use PING. Using Windows XP you can do this by clicking on Start, All Programs, Accessories, Command prompt Then enter: PING (leave a space ) your domain name (leave a space ) and press the ENTER key.
	Please note: Many ISPs and other companies no longer support all the capabilities of the PING utility. Nonetheless, you can still use PING to determine your own Internet IP address even if you are not able to PING your own domain.
	Compare the IP reported by PING with that indicated in the TZO Client software under the DOMAINS and ACCOUNT tabs.
	Is the IP address reported by PING the same as indicated in the TZO client software? Yes No
